Their responsibilities are as following: 1) IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Inspects materials for initial quality assurance on sources; 2) PQC (Process Quality Control): a) Inspects and measures in-process products and secure quality for each step from SMT to packing; b) Conducts testing in case of failure; 3) FQA (Final Quality Audit): Checks finished products; 4) FC (File Control): a) Issues documents and collects those used throughout the whole production process; b) Archives product files we can guarantee the best function and accuracy of surface mounting machines, provides standard producing techniques, immediately solves all the problems in production, and guarantees product quality and in-time delivery.
